Connective Action
Trade unions are using digital services to reach out to their members in new original ways. Non-union groups, likewise, are finding ways to build collective identity that unions can take inspiration from. Our report introduces tools in each category, and shows how unions are amplifying the voice of workers though new tech and digital services.
We hope that the developer’s personal reflections will inform or inspire trade union digital strategies.
